I just received my bag and haven’t used it yet. I used the QR code to fold it . Although it didn't take me straight to a video, I did get written instructions. After a few tries I was able to fold it down into its front pocket. I’m excited to use it on an upcoming trip to Ireland where I’m only allowed 1 suitcase, no carry on. There's a large front pocket with double zippers for items you need to access easily during travel, a trolley sleeve with an integrated pocket on the back, and a large main compartment with a wet pocket with zipper, two open pockets on the inside.
